ASIA LIZA MORALES

Project Partner
Asia is an experienced curriculum designer, facilitator, and project manager. Most recently, she worked at The Posse Foundation to support Posse’s strategic partners with their diversity and inclusion priorities. In her role, Asia developed dynamic programming for students and professionals aimed at fostering dialogue about identity, leadership, and today's most pressing social issues. She is currently pursuing her MBA at USC’s Marshall School of Business with an emphasis on workforce strategy and organizational transformation. 

Asia previously worked in STEM education at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, where she piloted programs focused on bringing hands-on lab science to middle and high school students. She worked alongside subject-matter experts to design over 40 inquiry-based learning modules and contributed to research on near-peer mentorship for students underrepresented in STEM. Asia holds a BA in biology from Kalamazoo College, where she attended as a Posse Scholar and later served on the Board of Trustees.
